What was the last concert you have seen live anywhere?
August 2016 - Heart, Cheap Trick and Joan Jett

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

LoL Fancy falling asleep Still you had a good excuse, as a senior citizen you need your sleep, and 24 hours without is a lot

My last live gig was an ABBA tribute band when I was in Hamburg

Have a great evening JOY

We all need our sleep. Doesn’t matter where or when. When you’re tired you’re tired...
A two minute nap. I’d need more.
Awesome band though. Saw Zeppelin a few times in the 70s and early 80s at the Garden in NY. Back when tickets were about $8.00 each

I fell asleep at a Stevie Ray Vaughn concert in Ann Arbor; I still heard the whole concert; just could not keep my eyes open. My friend was amazed that I slept. When the sandman starts calling me, it is a battle to stay awake. Driving, standing, sitting still, in a class, at a lecture, on a scaffold. mowing the lawn, on a motorcycle in freezing weather, watching an event or show on the tube, even walking. Once I recited the colors of M&M peanuts I was eating in the order I ate them; just to keep my mind busy and awake while driving...That is my worst,,,driving,,I am ok one minute and blurry cross eyed the next. I will chew caffeine pills to wake up with; the bitterness is a mind shock! The tissues in the mouth will absorb the caffeine faster that way than swallowing a pill.
America was the last live band concert I attended...I really like that band.

I remember listening to Slade in concert back in the early 70's. They were so loud, they made my ears bleed!

Hi Joy...

thanks for taking me further with this band... and, the video you sent me earlier today...

that was awesome... what a show...

now... I didn't feel bad for you... for falling asleep as that happened to me too, at a Dan Fogelberg concert... I couldn't believe it... but... it happened...

anyway...

looks like you had a blast...

what a fun outing...

I went to the casino... had a good night at cards...

lady luck was with me...

last concert... Feb, 2015 - Molly Ringwald... you can see a pic of me and her in one of my cover pics...

but, that wasn't my fave concert... my fave concert was Coldplay - 2008... got to meet the band...

I'm debating seeing one of three within the next few months...

Led Zeppelin - "Dazed And Confused"

Been dazed and confused for so long it's not true
Wanted a woman, never bargained for you
Lots of people talk and few of them know
Soul of a woman was created below, yeah
You hurt and abused tellin' all of your lies
Run around sweet baby, Lord how they hypnotize
Sweet little baby I don't know where you've been
Gonna love you baby, here I come again
Every day I work so hard
Bringin' home my hard earned pay
Try to love you baby, but you push me away
Don't know where you're goin'
Only know just where you've been
Sweet…

sounds like a magnificent concert.....and done a little shift work in my time, and can well understand the two minute nap!

Try not to spend the 0.48 cents all at once, invest it, and watch it grow to .50 cents, or maybe even .53 cents!!!
